Partner families generally earn less than 50% of area median income as established by HUD
Families must have the ability to pay a mortgage at 0% interest over 20 years
Families must demonstrate its need for adequate housing

Home Buyer Education

Habitat families are required to attend to an informative and valuable 8-hour homebuyer education class which is part of the mortgage loan qualification program. Classes are offered by Hawaiian Community Assets.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
